Novi Sad - A Serbian funeral director is facing legal action after organising the burial of a man who was still alive.

The mistake was noticed only as the coffin was being lowered into the ground, prompting angry scenes from grieving relatives.

The family from Novi Sad in Serbia had been told that the head of their family, Bogoljub Topalovic, 84, had died in hospital. But the body of another man who had died at the same hospital was in the coffin.

Mourners realised a mistake had been made when Bogoljub rang his daughter on her cellphone during the funeral service to ask why no one had been to visit him for a few days.

Bonus-hunting medical staff tipped off funeral staff about deaths. A nurse scribbled the wrong name as she rushed to tell the undertaker - and claim a bonus. - ananova.com

Anyone watch Seinfeld alot? Well something similar happened to an episode. My friend and I were running our music club booth on campus, and she came up and asked for a flier. Then I asked her to write down her email for the newsletter thing, and when I was getting out the notebook she said "I like your shirt" (it sounds cooler in an australian accent) and then felt the fabric of my shirt. Like in that Seinfeld episode. And she said shes going to come to the next meeting. I'm excited.

Also, in this same vein, there is another girl in my history class who is really nice to me, but shes a typical so cal girl. and those kind of girls don't usually talk to guys like me. But the other day I forgot a bluebook for the exam and she left the building to buy me one, and I was like "No its cool I'll just bring it next time" (the test wasnt that day, we just had to bring one in early). And she, "No its fine I'll get you one." And today she gave me a Sierra Mist for no reason.
